Last lay at G-Spot

I know that this is a month late, but I was honored to have the last full service at G-Spot, courtesy of Tiffany. It was a rather special one at that, and I must thank Tiffany for the memorable expierience.
On a scary note, G-Spot was forced to close or go to court to stay open. The danger here was that if G-Spot lost the case, it could be used as a precedent against other MP's. I do not know the full details, but this is what was explained to me.
By the way, Tiff is now at Supreme.

G-Spot fell victim to a land-lord tenant dispute. I believe the landlord was a condominium, and there was concern that having an MP in a condominium would lead to too many puns.

I understand that the G-Spot Business Condo ...

was owned by the owners of G-Spot. There was no Landlord; however, there are still Condo By-Laws and I suspect that the Condo Association put the "heat" on the Condo Owner (s) to get out by stating that the Condo Association did not approve of the nature of the business.

It was likely more expedient to sell while prices are high rather than fight the Condo Association who was likely to win by simplty ensuring its Bylaws do not allow the G-Spot Adult Entertainmnet Business.

Trawler, you are right. The association hired a private "dick" to have sessions with the girls. 5 times, I am told. ( Seems like overkill or overjoy to me) They then applied this evidence with their by-laws to force G-Spots hand. To bad, but the MP business is like the NHL. Too many teams and the talent is spread thin.

Ironic, isn't it? You'd expect this reaction if the MP was in a residential area and next door to a school, not some strip mall in the middle of a godforsaken industrial shithole area of town.
