What happened was yes ALCB wouldn't allow liquor in contact areas, so they became "juice bars" or "soda pop bars" with $10 entrance fees. $5 for an O.J. Etc Etc.

But then the City of Calgary Municipal Council outlawed lap dances because of the risk of communicable disease. I kid you not.

That pretty much killed Mustangs right there.

As for the Body Shoppe, I figured they were done when they stopped advertising in the Sun.
