So I just returned from my appointment with Baby. As always, booking with the agency was not a problem. But then came the time I arrived. I was a little early, I'll admit. But I just wanted to let them know I was waiting outside. They asked me to wait five more minutes. That's cool. Then I get a call ten minutes later, saying Baby isn't ready yet. Fine, I understand. She was probably still with a client, may have had to eat, etc. But then her mama-san informed me she would call me back in five minutes. Fine, no problem. Or so I thought! I was standing outside the freaking building pacing around like a jackass for at least another forty minutes. Never got a call or text back. I actually texted back asking if she was ready yet. Never got a response. Waited another fifteen minutes and said "Screw it! I'm going home!"
I texted the agency back asking to cancel my appointment, only to receive a text back five minutes later saying "Sorry Baby meet some trouble." For all I know, she did and I am sorry to hear that. But it wouldn't kill you to at least keep me informed by saying "Can you wait another five or ten minutes?" I am not looking for exact details, but at least say something to me after you have called.
I really hope Baby has a better day tomorrow and by no means is this being taken out on her. I don't think she is at fault. I will give the benefit of the doubt this time, but I just hope my next experience with this agency will be like when I booked Barbie back in June: A pleasant one!
