I still use Kelly Blue Book since we are so close to the border, the difference in prices would be negligible.

I use 98230 as a zip code which is Blaine Washington and adjust for USD exchange.

Remember KBB is still an opinion (granted a trusted one) as to the value of a vehicle, not all buyers (regular people or dealerships) may refer to it.
