Going to do a Virgin Seattle Tour... in early February... Where are the kewl places to go to in Seattle?

I want to do it all **SMILE** Just thought all my lil' perb dudes & perb-ettes could tell me the "in" places to see/visit... Rather than be a "tourist"

A couple of great restaurants I have been to:

Salty’s
Take the passenger ferry across Elliot bay and you can walk to Salty’s. Wait for a table with a view of Seattle skyline (there are lots of them even if you can’t get a window seat.
