Here's a real no holes barred ( pardon the pun ) review of this spa. First of all they have no staff, one girl, probably early thirties, they have a manager who is rarely seen, never there .
Their website shows $ 100 for a " relaxation " massage, they are charging $ 120.
I recently went there on a recommendation, the only girl that was there offered full service for $ 200. First a massage which was not too bad but nothing to rave about. About half an hour in a new client arrived. The girl left me and went to attend to the new client. When she returned it was nothing but a quick " happy ending " and she was changing the bedding before I even got my shorts on.
Nothing but a huge rush to get me out of there but I did keep track of time. Forty four minutes from the time I entered the room until the time I left. Of course you have no recourse, you can't complain to anyone. Just a complete rip off, but no worries it's an excellent way of losing potential clients. They won't see my money again, wish I could find a nice spa here in Kelowna where I could relax and enjoy my time. It's not the money I spent at Moment Spa it's the feeling you get when you've been ripped off that annoys.
