My vote leans towards fake. I wouldn't be surprised if a "deposit" is required when booking or when you arrive but prior to receiving room number due to "first time client". If you decide to TOFTT I wish you luck. Personally, I would skip right past that ad as it naturally looks fake to me.
@BoDiddley1 Have seen that info with the same spelling mistakes for many different ads. Once I see the little red hearts before each line I just pass on by.
