She's well aware that she should never provide services without payment upfront but she said he seemed trustworthy and he told her he would be right back.
When we tried to call after waiting about 15-20 mins for him to return from down the block he avoided our calls and then had an Asian lady answer the phone who did not speak English. We warned him via text that she didn't agree to provide the service for free and therefore consent had been revoked. We also told him she planned to contact police with video footage of him leaving the incall. He would not answer calls or texts. We then pleaded with him to do the right thing and he still will not answer calls or texts.
