Input Wanted for Post Summer Victoria's Eden!!!

Well summer seems to be winding down and what a summer it was. We had record number of clients and were on occasion caught with our pants down (not in the good way. heheh) as we often werent ready for the sheer volume of gentlemen that saw our ladies. There was also a good amount of wear and tear on our facilities. Over the next couple of months we are going to be shining everything back up and getting together in a group to discuss our policies so that we are able to give clients what they want regardless of how new staff is or how busy we get.
WE NEED YOUR HELP FOR THIS!!!!
I would love to get PM's and emails from any of you gents that have used our services with any of your ideas and suggestions. Even WISHES ;).
I would appreciate it if you used this as a positive opportunity to have your input into our business and not use it as tiresome counterproductive complaining. I want to hear what you have to say about our policies, locations and services. Let's have some fun with this. We want to make VE YOUR agency. For those that are extra helpful we may come up with some way to 'thank' you. Some freebies? Maybe a room named after you? Who knows!!!!! :)

You can start by naming a decent shower after me!

All kidding aside, a good shower is a must. Many of us don't have the luxury of taking a shower in the middle of the day at work for a nooner of afternoon appointment. At fresh clean client makes the the session better for the SP, which in turn, makes it better for us. Geographically, you have a great location, but the present ameneties suck.

In my mind
I agree with rickoshadows, in that geographically you have a great location. I have only had the pleasure of visiting one VE lady so far, so I can't comment too much on the facilities. Here are some ideas though. Maybe having a desk in the front foyer for the phone girl/hostess. Perhaps some better lighting. Maybe speakers in each room where music is piped in from a single source (sorry, it's the musician in me). However, the only real problem I had with the facilities was the guy watching me enter and leave (I mentioned it in another thread).

Apart from that, having the website more up to date with ladies that are working there. Your schedules list quite a number of ladies that are not on the website, and even some that are not listed at the end of the schedules in the description area.

Schedule

A up to date schedule is a must for me. Maybe you don't think it's important but for my schedule I need to have some idea who's working when I have the time in my busy work week.

First of all thank you for giving us the oppourtunity to have some input into your business!! I've only been to VE a couple of times and for the most part a very entertaoining fullfilling experiennce. Now I am fairly new at all this so technically I don't have an"Angency" I prefer yet. But that said I have had the oppourtunity of visiting your compittiton new location and it is pretty spectacular. It does feel a little "dark' in your location...... plus the two and only times I was visiting you I had to wait both times for like 20 minutes..... But as I mentioned this is new for me so I didn't have anything to compare to! I think what you are doing is along the right lines....just needs to be tweaked here and there.... a SP fiddling with the stereo to find music can be a little distarcting.... piping cumenal music may be an idea.

I hope you get from this that I want to keep coming and I undoughtly will but.... you asked... ihope this helps and If I think of anuthing else I'll let you know.

Also if you don't know this already...... both times I've been there....everyone was great....!! If I had to wait...they were right there letting me know what was going on and constanly making me feel like I was the only guy there!!! Kepp up the good work and I hope this helps.... cheers!

I would like to echo thc110's sentiments about asking us for input. It is not only smart, businesswise, but we do appreciate it. I would also support the comments on the public nature of the location ( I, too, do not like a location where the public watch the entrance). I would suspect the ladies may feel the same way. However, I appreciate the fact that finding an appropriate neighbourhood may be a really difficult thing to accomplish. Given my busy lifestyle as well, a schedule is very useful to me. It can be a gamebreaker. I appreciate that you have done this lately.
I suspect piped in music may be less than effective. Sp's may differ in their tastes and clients may desire different volumes. We're all different and it may actually complicate things if the Sp needs to leave the room to adjust the music in some manner.

I am encouraged by your response to some of the latest criticism, not with retaliatory banter, but with a genuine interest in making some improvements and, thus, attracting more clientele. I look forward to hearing about the new VE.

Music @ Incalls

Haven't done a full survey of every incall in town, (a research subsidy would be nice) but SU has brand new individual CD players/radios in each and every well-appointed theme room.

And customers are welcome to bring their own tunes if they so prefer.

Taking it a step further, it never hurts to consult with your regular SW to ascertain what kind of music they might like best.

Gift CD's make great tips along with bottles of flavoured lubricant, cash, furs, jewelry, smart cars, real estate, and packages of those black "stealth" condoms. (They'll never see you coming)

Worst music scenario I ever experienced here in town was about 3 years ago at E&R's place near Mayfair Mall.

The music machines when they functioned had a very limited selection (untill I started bringing more). And it's completely against the BC Workmen's Compenation Act to compell a rub & tug or FS artista to listen to the same dusty copy of ENYA over and over again. (After a while it sounds like INYA)

Also, the machines' lifespans were unaturally curtailed because of workers handling CD's with oily hands. It got so when they knew I had a booking, they'd drag out an old ghetto-blaster just to make sure that I was accomodated. I think some of the ladies there even learned to enjoy the RatPack Live at Las Vegas in 1960.

Worst "sound ambiance" I ever experienced outside of town, was last year at a quaint little bordello in Guerrero, Mexico named El Costa Azul. It's a recycled dilapidated hotel situated directly on the town's busy traffic circle. Built solidly, of stone and concrete, my assigned room had mesh-covered windows directly overlooking the street, and the room echoed and reverbrated like the inside of of a big bass drum.

I actually had to shout to communicate with my attendant; who bravely, and successfully saw to this Gringo's needs.
