As a perb that is located way outside of the city, I was wondering if anyone would care to point me in a direction of where one might find an inexpensive location to facilitate an outcall. Thanks in advance!

Yeah, same here! Think hotels have 1-800 numbers you can call. Otherwise go buy a long distance card and you can call a local number and access pretty much any major city you like. That is what I do, no record of the call.Might be a bit of both!
