You Must Be: Respectful, drama-free, & punctual. I expect you to be discreet when entering and leaving the building. I prefer renting to providers who screen their clients properly before dates, meaning those who offer 30min calls or quickies are not suitable. Please leave the space as you found it meaning, garbage removal, laundering of sheets and towels, and general tidying.
You Will Get: A beautifully furnished and fully stocked apartment with linens, towels, refreshments, toiletries, maid service bi-weekly, en suite laundry, and wifi. - Just bring your own lingerie/protection/lube/toys/ect.
