i work out of town 20 days a month and am sort of interested in renting my loft in gastown out to an sp for incalls while im out of town but have a few questions since this is totally new to me and maybe somebody could help me o
I’ve read some posts about “hourly” rentals but im curious how you can track how often it is being used and for how long?
instead of a hourly rate, what would be a fair flat rate for 20 days each month?
do agencies sublet units from other people or do they secure their own places? i ask because agencies tend to have pretty responsible girls working for them, have a set standard, and also don’t work late nights.
ideally I’d like to rent supplement my rent by about $1200-$1500 / month. I don’t want to be greedy because I don’t really want to profit off of an sp and want to the price to advantageous to both of us: since I’m out of town most of the month I can still justify the cost of renting a nice apartment, and the sp can have a nice space to work out of.
is this viable?
