Hello all,
After losing the inimitable Saraphina to the seductions of new love and new opportunities, I have been without room-mate here at my den of iniquity for several months. It is time to fill the space!
So, here's the scoop.
I'm halfway between Kerrisdale and Marpole in Vancouver, just off of Granville Street. Tons and tons of parking. About a 10-15 minute drive from downtown, and 7 minutes to the airport. Tucked away on possibly the city's quietest street.
I myself offer massage and hand release, and occasionally tie people up and spank them. I don't offer full service. I've been in the business for three years (holy Dinah!), and have solid reviews of my services to recommend me. When sharing a space with someone, their reputation will influence yours a bit, and I think you'll be alright with me in that regard. I use the space for about 5 hours per day, 5 or 6 days per week, and rarely if ever on Sundays. I don't like to work late evenings, or before 11:00 am, but you may.
The house has two levels; the basement accessible to clients, the top floor is not, but you are welcome to use it whenever you like.
The client level has two bedrooms. One is large, with a sitting area, a small sleigh bed, and a massage table. Hardwood floors and due to it's partially subterranean nature, relatively sound proof. Woo-hoo! This, due to the room needed for massage, is the area I use. But you are welcome to do so as well.
The other room is little, with a queen sized bed taking up most of the space. There is a closet, a desk and an armchair. It has lovely antique French glass-paneled doors that enter into it. It is likewise good for sound, and is carpeted. This is the room which you would be free to do with as you like, decoration wise.
In the same level there is a bathroom with a stand-up shower, with low ceilings (the house is from 1908) but enough room width-wise to make out in. In the rest of the level there is a washing machine and dryer, a fridge, and tons of closet space. The furniture antique and wooden, and there are plenty of pretty silks, candles, and framed pin-up photos.
Upstairs is all hardwood floors, and very homey. In it, you find the kitchen with the most darling breakfast area, piano, wireless internet for your laptop or access to my PC, living room with tons of movies, a wood-burning fireplace, and a sewing studio that will be set up by the end of March.
You're welcome to stay as long as you like, where ever you like, as long as I haven't got a client over. If I have, it's fine to be around as long as you're quiet. I'll do the same when you've a client over. I don't expect you to feel you have to vamoose as soon as you're done your appointment-- feel free to relax.
There is also a big green yard, with zillions of trees, a patio, and an herb garden. Not terribly useful now, but lovely in a month or so.
Last thing, there is also a dog. A dog with a capital D -- he most likely weighs more than you do. He is a shameless ladies man, and after sussing you out at first, and barking the first couple of times he meets you, will follow you around the house with big, melancholy eyes, declaring silently his undying love for you, how beautiful you are, and how much he'd like for you to rub his belly.
He never goes downstairs, and is totally quiet when clients are over. But, if you need him, you just call him from anywhere down there, and he'll bust the door down and promptly eat whomever his maiden bids him to. He's basically security you can pay with cookies. Very handy.
The space is empty now, and available for $500 per month. If you'd like to use it on a very infrequent basis, that could be less. Ideally, long-term or at least a few months at a time would suit. My schedule is flexible, and usually booked ahead, so you'd know when the place was open in advance.
Thanks for reading my essay. Please feel free to call or email me here at Perb if you have questions or would like to come by and see the space.
Keep your stick on the ice,
Madeleine.
