Some police departments in the USA do this. Doesn't seem right. The photos actually go onto the net before a conviction. From the arrest, to the net. These guys don't even get the chance to see a judge before the police department splashes their faces on the net for the world to see. Shouldn't they at least have the chance to defend themselves?
