My parked car was reversed into while in a stall. Other vehicles owner said that I had reversed into him causing damage. Surrounding businesses cameras all apparently don't wok.

Hope karma fucks that guy over. I knew I should have invested in a dash/rear cam.

Was trying to figure out why this was posted on PERB. Was it a sex worker who hit your car? Were you seeing a provider and it happened at the incall? Then I realized it actually is about getting fucked, so...

Yeah and then you have the real claims that are unbelievable, if you wear a suit and work in a ICBC office, and have to deal with a Rancher.

I had a bull slam it’s head three times into the side of my truck, causing ….if you can believe this….12,000 dollars damage.
There was actually pieces of the front fender, inner fender, safety glass from the window and half a door skin, that had peeled away, laying on the ground.
I wasn’t in the vehicle at the time, so they ruled out collision with an animal while driving, then the pencil neck said” we don’t believe that a cow could cause that kind of damage, although I’m not an expert on cows, it is our belief you may have hit a tree instead”

I informed him that I am an expert on cattle …and the testosterone filled bovine, weighing in at 1750 pounds, was the offender, and had caused the damage to my diesel pick up.
To prove my point I pulled an old pick up into a bull pen, and filmed the attack. The Bull I’ve nicknamed Tommy, stuck his head into the front fender wheel well of the 1970’s Ford, and lifted one tire off the ground and removed one rusted front fender. I didn’t mention the old beater truck may not have had a motor, but my point was taken.
Pencil neck approved the repairs to my truck…..but what a total waste of time.

If somehow you could coerce pencil neck to sit in the truck while its in the ring and Ringo the bovine version of a Tank did his thing while you were filming it... Fuck man that is what you tube dreams are made of!! You'd be rich from the hits on that baby.

If you’re in the right…. I always tell them, don’t worry, I have it recorded regardless if you do or not. Make them second guessing should they lie cause if they get caught lying, that is insurance fraud.

A dashcam saved me several thousand dollars. There are new ones that show the rear view as well.
I can see them being factory options soon.
Highly recommend everyone get one.

ICBC pays more in lawyer fees than the claim is worth, I swear it is to keep them employed and turns into a revolving door. Think about it, keeps adjusters, mechanics, body shops, paint shops, tow trucks to haul away wrecks, courts, judges, blah, blah, blah in business :-(

Now that raises an interesting question: Since ICBC has switched to "no fault" insurance, have they reduced their legal staff? The lawyers sure have complained about the loss of business because of the change.

That's odd. In my limited experience they have done a good job assessing the incident (i.e. reverse engineer the accident) from pictures of the damage. Sorry to hear that isn't your case.
