The Lotus doesn't advertise anymore? Did they shut down?

Lotus shut down last summer. Gist I got last fall from one of their sister-shops was that they were getting too much scrutiny from LE due to internet commentary. I don't really understand that as there was no more said about them than the other places like Ocean and 6th Sense. However their new Kamloops location, while very nicely appointed inside, was right out in the open from the outside compared to the very discrete locations of the other two.

Sad about the Lotus, I can sort of see why they shut down saying that as the reason. Last time I used the Lotus, I was lectured on STDs before any sales pitch on 'extras' was offered. Made for an uncomfortable session, but that was when the Ocean's opened up too, so I started going there.... but that was a couple of years ago, never been to the Lotus since. Nothing was really wrong with the Lotus, they did give good massages, ..but sometimes you want that venue for it to get freaky... so I supposed they couldn't compete with the other two AMPs, for being that stringent?... who knows now.

That said, since this post, I recently went to Oceans for a session, and it was 'good' for the most part, but I was rushed through. I called ahead of time, to book for 1 hour, and when I arrived she listed off their rates and menu trying to talk me down to 45mins. Quoting me '2-browns' as if I would say, 'yikes too much, okay I'll do less time', but I wanted an hour and was good for the money. She didn't seem pleased with my resilience, so she started saying "I'm too busy, so we'll do 45min if I get more calls".... during the session the phone only ran once, and she kept leaving the room anyways, as if trying to prove she doesn't have the time... The massage was good thought, got in hard and deep, and the "HE+" was quite good... but I would've appreciated a more longer, chill time... Maybe it was a bad day for her? Or just how she was... Probably wait for her to rotate out before coming back there.

I'll try Sixth Sense later on.

I noticed that the email contact for Amon was the same as the ad for Six Sense

Where is the new lotus located? I might be heading to Kamloops in a few weeks and want to see my massage options.

As I said they shut down with indications being they have no plans to reopen. You're down to Ocean on Lansdowne and 6th Sense on Victoria. Both advertise daily on LL. I recommend Ocean out of those two. Otherwise you'll have try an independent.
