First time. No idea how to ask for a HJ. How does one walk in, pick a girl and proceed to ask what service is available with them? any level of detail would be appreciated

Never been to one either. Do you pay the boss when you choose a girl and then pay again in the room for any up charges you agree to (ie topless)?
