Just curious to know what people on here think about various beauty enhancements that women use such as breast enhancements, false eyelashes, fake nails, hair extensions and wigs? Anything I may have left out, please feel free to add in.

Love them! If the enhancements make them feel better about themselves I’m all for it!!
I'm ok with enhancements if they are so well done that I'm unaware that they are enhancements. Which is why I very rarely like fake boobs.

As another respondent stated Fake is great if it is done well. Don't forget lip injections.
I like breast enhancement if done well. Can look really sexy. Also I generally like eyelashes, nails, hair extensions.
However I really hate pouty fake lips and butt implants. They are beauty regression, rather than enhancement IMO.
So I watched some of The Bachelor tonight. That show has to be a showcase for 30 of the most attractive women anywhere.
Here's what I noticed:
None of them had breast implants. Yes we can tell.
None of them had lip injections.
None of them had visible piercings other than ear lobes.
None of them had visible tattoos other than two I saw had them very small and almost completely hidden.
Just saying.

My body, My money, My choice.
I’ve had a bit of work done and plan to do a bit more in the future. Nothing extreme, just to age a bit more gracefully. Diet, exercise and sufficient rest are my first line of defence but I don’t mind paying my Drs to help me out a bit with the rest.

I prefer slim and natural women, any colour (skin, hair,....). But in the end it doesn't matter, my usual SP has large enhanced boobs, not my thing but her attitude is just so good, I just keep on going back. Let the girls do whatever to make themselves happy. They usually make me pretty happy.
Since I've got a pretty wide range of what I find attractive, I tend to prefer a natural body. Indifferent towards breast implants, as breast size matters less to me than other characteristics. I really love some ladies with trim bodies and small breasts. I've got nothing against well-made implants.
Butt implants I see as pointless (a nice ass is not the same thing as a big ass), and I'm not a fan of "duckface" lip implants.
I like well-thought-out tattoos, or no tattoos. Not a fan of face tattoos.
Piercings are a case-by-case basis, but definitely not a fan of those that deform the earlobe to put a metal hoop inside it.

I find women that are all natural as well as women with enhancements both to be beautiful! I’m fine with tattoos as well as no tattoos but agree with op on Face tattoos just not my thing. Piercings are ok but just like tattoos and enhancement surgeries I think they can be for different tastes depending on what someone likes. I find that a wide range of these women look beautiful but it’s the way they treat me ( I’ve been lucky enough to have nothing but good experiences) that really turns me on. I’ve been treated very well by the few women I have seen and I have left thinking they are much more beautiful after I meet them then when I first walk in and see them in jaw dropping lengerie.
