Hotel Incalls?

I've been to several incalls but never to any hotels so I would appreciate some insights into how it all works.
Do I wait for the provider to come get me or just walk to the room? Are there any interactions with the hotel reception or front desk and/or Will they come and sniff out why somebody is just hanging around in the lobby?

Hotels all have different entry requirements, the lady you are visiting usually has this figured out. Text or call her from your car for further instructions. Don't loiter in the lobby. If the hotel has a bar, that's a good place to be inconspicuous until you hear from the lady. You rarely interact with the front desk.

For the few times I met incall girls at a hotel, usually near the airport, I would get the room number from the girl via call/text when I'm at the parking lot of the hotel. I then go straight to the elevator and go to the room number.

So nobody from the hotel staff will bother you if you just enter the hotel, look for the elevator and walk straight to it?

if you don't look completely lost and like you need help getting around, they won't.
Don't ever go to the frontdesk.
Know where you have to go before you walk in and nobody will ask any question.

Just make it look like you belong there.
As Sarahrich40 said, get the room number and go straight to the elevators as if you are just going to your room.
