Hotel/Area recommendation close to all actions

Being an out-of-town pooner, would like some hotel recommedation or areas close to all the actions in Van/surrounding areas.
Thinking about hotels close by Metrotown (Bny) or Richmond close to Lansdowne mall, appreciate all intel.

There are only two hotels in the immediate Metrotown area, a Hilton and a Holiday Inn Express.

Thanks OldFart, you think Metrotown close to more actions than Richmond? Both In-Call and Massage services.

The only reason I'd stay close to metrotown would be for the foxden
Other than that, browsing through CL I'd say alot of the hot SP's are located in the heart of downtown
