It's obviously a fake. Who the hell films someone ironing a shirt on the floor? Not only that, it takes at least a second to burn skin with a hot object. It couldn't possibly have been as painful as he made it look, because the contact time was way less than a second. Besides, I'm certain the iron wasn't even turned on.

Could be but: 1) cotton requires a high temperature to press and the 2) ear made contact with the iron first not the cheek.
