I for one will never even entertain the thought of investing in a fund that has deceit at its root. That is where my moral equation kicks in, knowing that not only did I participate in the deceit but that others after me with perhaps far more to lose will also be shafted.

Actually around page 4 or 5 ( can't remember) someone posted something completely inflammatory and was not even "on-topic". I did post commenting that at least OP and LS were constructive in their posts but that last post was not warranted.
