TOFTT and saw Shine when she was still there. I can confirm it's a legit place and it had very similar vibes to SIC which matches up with what they said to you. As for the house, it's much nicer since the bathroom is connected to the bedroom. The rooms are also much more spacious.

Location is great but it is a bit weird that it is in the heart of residential area. And there's an actual parking lot at the back.
Chanel was really great and straight to the point. As soon as I got in, she dragged me to the room and started to strip me, showered together and jumped on the bed. I'm pretty sure it was all part of the job, but she definitely made me feel like she felt that she was super horny and wanted more and didn't want to stop. There was a language barrier and we did have to use translate most of the time but other than that, I would 100% see her again.
