Agency downtown, they have an incall location downtown.The bbbj will usually cost you an extra brown on top of there usual fee.Wish i could help you out more but i usually don't partake in bbbj.

Don't have a huge amount of experience with Victoria service providers so you can take my opinion with a grain of salt, but I can tell you that CC provides one incredible bbbj.

In my experience, there are two types of women, those who feel obligated to give a bbbj and do so mechanically with little or no emotion, and those few women who actually relish giving head.
