Help with song title

a couple of years ago there was a song played on the radio (lots) that had something to do with driving a BMW on Muholland (and if I recall having some non driving fun in the car).

The chorus was something like

"Hey baby won't you come and take a ride with me into my world
Hey Sugar....."

It was part musical, and part spoken word.

Does anyone remember the song? Any idea who recorded it, or what it was called?

I didn't say it was a good song. It came up in conversation the other day and no one present could remember the title of the song (or the artist). So it was bugging me. Thanks for the help SG
