Stern wins - Sirius could be the big loser. Who is dumb enough to subscribe at whatever it is ( $26???) a month to hear Stern say, "Fuck" forty times a minute? Stern's "act" wore thin a few years ago. Frat boy humour will always appeal to a small segment, but will it support an entire network?

Maybe Sirius is counting on bankruptcy bailing them out of bad deals like this one. At a burn rate of almost a billion dollars a year, it won't be long. Any pop they get from Stern will be in the first year or two, from the initial publicity and his fans.

Stern's movie, "Private Parts" did about $50M in US box office, which doesn't bode well for Sirius.
