Here is a brief review of the Quentin Tarantino/Robert Rodriguez double feature, Grindhouse:
"Planet Terror" (the work of Rodriguez) was a piece of shit! ...special effects and zombie mutants... same old crap executed in a lame, boring fashion...It was so bad that it literally put me to sleep! .5 (one-half) star out of 4 on the Dr. Moe scale.
I thoroughly enjoyed Tarantino's "Death Proof". It was clever, more thrilling than a roller coaster ride, and refreshingly original. Kurt Russell was superb as the psychopath known as Stuntman Mike! ...3.25 stars out of 4 on the Dr. Moe scale.
