Less notice is required for this space. I can also host at a friends place in Burnaby/ Coquitlam area, close to loheed mall by pre booking only unless I'm advertised to be there on a certain day. My apartments are both private, discrete.

Intro rates for new clients for my surrey/delta location & fixed rates for regulars.

I'm available more than I post, for a select few during the week, I often screen through my contact requests until I aquire what works best for me on any given day. and I do not need to be advertised for you to contact me. I enjoy chatting on the phone a bit prior to meeting & Im happy to answer any questions you may have. Please introduce yourself and outline exactly what you are looking for, as I find this works much better than asking if I provide Xyz.
