Good place for an outcall

Next weekend I'm having fun with one of the BP ladies but it's outcalls only. I would appreciate some suggestions for a good place.
I'm not looking for something very fancy but also not a horrible place.

Dude, pay a little extra and get a decent hotel room. Hotels.com has rooms at some nice (4*) downtown hotels for under $100 next weekend. A crappy motel on Gorge Road will probably cost you $60.

Your time with your friend will be a LOT more fun in a clean and nice room instead of a ratty motel and she will appreciate it.

I'm ok spending 80-100 for the hotel, I'm just new in the city and new in this things so I have no idea if I can go to any hotel downtown and have fun without the manager or any worker bothering me.

Unfortunately I can't help you out on that one. Usually when I visit Victoria I make a habit of using the incall services rather than outcall. And the problem is if we start name dropping specific places on a forum like this then eventually word of mouth is going to get back to them and they'll start putting the clamp down on rendezvous at their locales. Your best bet is probably going to be looking over places on a website like the one mentioned above and biting the bullet and trying something. Or, possibly get a recommendation from the SP you plan on seeing. She may have a place she prefers when she conducts business.
