I usually drive around an area first, get a feel for whats going on. Who's around, where are the cops etc. I drove around, kind of seen one I might want to play with. So I park a block away, get out and go for a stroll. I round the corner, and start talking to a chic.

She asks me if I would like some company, and I say no not really, because I am interested in feeling big titties. That was my only goal, to see and feel big tits.

I made up mind, and said what a nice rack you have, what size are they, she says they are 36C, I said excellent, and I tell her that I am only interested in feeling them. I give you 15 dollars for a feel. She said ok.

Well fate thwarted me tonight, A cop pulls up, we start to walk but he says hold on. He asks me what am I doing on this street, and I just replied going for a walk, looking at the area, he also asked and got all my info, where I live, my vehicle etc.

He says wait here don't run away. I wait for about 10-15 minutes, starts asking her questions, and no doubt she is well known to police. She gets cuffed, thrown in to the car. He also did a CPIC run on us both, I was clean as usual, so he comes to me and says that, based on what she told him, that he could arrest me as well. I pretty much kept my mouth shut, did not volunteer too much info, gave me the speech about diseases, etc, and let me go. He even followed me back to my car to make sure I got in and left the area.

So what happens to all the info I gave to the police?

I guess I have to avoid the area for a while now, and do not do any cruising for titties.

I also know, no arrest, no charges, but still I can not help to think that they will keep all that info on file, sort of a Johnny List.

Am I right?

Any other insight would be helpful. Thanks

I wouldnt worry about it. Unless there is an official database for such a list it was probably just a quick background check and they will toss your info. Its probably more of a scare tactic than anything else.

its true.....

I could of felt Native Tits, size she says were 36c. They looked big from the outside, she was wearing a lot of clothing, jackets and sweaters. Sometimes hard to tell, what size they are. So I asked.

15.00 is what I offered and she said yes in a hurry, and she was sober as well, no drugs, and not bad looking either. Her name was Natasha.

Something that still hangs in my head though, was she undercover, and I got carried away, without asking if she was a cop. The golden rule. If they reply with a, "lets take care of business first", split fast, you are being watched. But I do not think so.

I think it was just bad timing, wrong place at the wrong time. There was another on the next corner and she kind of went around the block to avoid me, that was maybe a hint or clue to what was going to go down.

Take care out there, and remember run from the ugly ones.

Unless you look like a vagrant, or unless a crime had been committed in the area, or unless there is reasonable basis that a crime will be committed, there is no requirement for you to provide documentation or answer the police officer's questions. If you were in your car, then you have to provide proof you have a licence. You do not need a licence or an excuse to walk on the street, and you do not have to provide any documentation to support that right. This is a free country.

And rest assured, your info will be stored for future use if need be.
LE has begun a data base, to optimize any investigation or event in the future, that may or may not occur.
Any intel to try to prevent another Pickton trial.
Think of it, keeping track of individuals that may use the services of SW, it could be helpful if anything bad for any of these girls would happen.
Soon they will start collecting DNA, who knows.

Vancouver Police Department's D.I.S.C. (Deter, Identify, Sex-Trade Consumers) Program has three components:

1. stopping the cars of potential sex trade consumers ("johns") who cruise around prostitution "strolls", continually stop to talk with a prostitute or who have a prostitute in their car,

Good luck trying that. Unless you have lots of witnesses, or video they will get the info from you. They will make up a reason to cuff you and your ass is grass. Try telling them about your rights at 2 am. in a east side alley, you'll be lucky you don't get a beating. " Yes your worship, he made a threating motion towards me "

Yup, Mick_Eight is right...your word against a cop's, and just what WERE you doing in the East Side at 2am. Best thing to do is to cooperate with the cops, and say as little as possible.

I think the reason they typically take your info is for investigative purposes later. If someone with your description is suspected of hurting a SW expect a knock at the door or a phone call to come in a chat or at least provide an alibi. Kind of a hope to keep things like the Pickton guy from getting away with so much again.

Well guess what

It's called PERS it's a system that is used to track the contacts that a police officer has with you. They enter the info on the computer in their car and bingo 15 seconds later it's in the database.

What does it mean to you? Well next time they run your name on CPIC the hit for the check done will show on the system and what it was done for. Doesn't matter if your charged or not the data is there for them to see and review as they see fit once they have entered you into the system.

Just an FYI...oh and they can't use the data for anything other than giving a more intense look over...unless your charged.

You are absolutely NOT required to provide ANY information to the police unless they arrest you. They can ask lots of questions, and you can just walk away, or say nothing at all. There's nothing they can do unless they want to arrest you.

And if they arrest you and it turns out they didn't have reasonable cause (a legal term), then you can sue their ass.

It is such a HUGE myth that you have to tell the police anything. I don't know WHY people think that.

If you're going to be involved in this hobby, learn the damn laws and learn your damn rights!

Personal info can only be demanded if there is reasonable cause to suspect that a crime has been committed. If there is no reasonable cause, you cannot be detained or arrested.

How Does This Affect Jobs?

I got pulled over once for talking to a sw on Kingsway and sure enough the red and blue flashed before my eyes. I got out of the car and both male cops interrogated my ass, found nothing on me and said I couldn't return to Kingsway for the rest of the weekend. Thinking nothing of it, I recently filled out a Criminal Background Check for a job I've been striving for the past 2 years to get into. There were 4 boxes asking if I had been in CPIC, convicted of anything of which I did not receive a pardon, been charged, etc. Everything was "no" for me except the last box which said something along the lines of "any information the police may have on you." Would my encounter on Kingsway show up? I haven't been convicted or charged with anything EVER, but one of the cops did take down my info on his writing pad. Anybody been in my predicament in regards to employment? Thanks all.
