...has now departed :)

Good work though boys, we did fight back hard, but as evident by this team all season, just no finish, no killer instinct, and stupid Bieksa being goofy again:D

I'm starting to like this laBarrera, a lot cheaper than Luongo ;)

lol, BJH himself is the "canuckleheads" he's been making fun of all along.

Go Canucks Go!

Calgary I think is the real test of this so called "RPM" line. They grind out a good game (couple goals?) I'm going to be feeling pretty happy about this group making the playoffs. Further evaluation needed for their level of playoff success. ie: Luongo, snap out of whatever you're in! :) also the D needs to get on the puck with authority in the defensive zone!

That's the problem, they are a good team but not a great team. They need to prove that they can be consistent and can play 60 minutes every night.

Things that they can control that will help them tremendously:

-Stop taking stupid/lazy penalties
-Defense needs to get in on action
-Luongo needs to get back in form asap
-All players need to chip in more often and consistently
-Line juggling

Things that they can't control (outside of management):

-At the minimum one more top line forward needed
-Perhaps an upgrade of defense (especially if Bieksa and or Edler can't continue to be consistent and reliable)

As you can see the Nucks have the ability and means to improve themselves without any trades or roster changes etc. If they manage to improve themselves they already can be a much better team.

This in particular was something that I thought they did well in last night's game. If they can keep it up, their chances are going to greatly increase.
