I spent about 3 years there doing some work and even in the local newspapers similar to our "Uptown" offer nothing.
They are a pretty reserved city and the cops don't let the hobby go in Fargo. I did try once for an "adult entertainer" but when she came over she made it pretty clear that she would only dance and it was a shitty dance.
Even their local strip joint, the Northern: http://www.clubnorthern.com/ is pretty bad. They don't go get fully naked and if you sit by the stage you have to keep tipping. Private rooms are very expensive as well.
