That is the correct location. I found it to be quite good. I am rarely able to carve out a specific time to book in advance, so I like the option of somewhere I can go last minute. There were a lot of options in terms of who was working, which I thought was awesome for when you just want to walk in. Of course, I think you can call ahead and possibly request someone in advance? I never do that though
I found pricing to be reasonable considering how much inflation has affected literally everything. My room had a shower and was clean. In the past, there were a lot of restrictions based on the licensing. That doesn't seem to be the case anymore. I don't think tipping is on a fixed schedule like it used to be though.
Some prefer seeing a touring provider and have schedules where they can easily arrange that. Personally, I kind of enjoy the excitement of showing up and having something more spontaneous, and I think EB does it well and is worth the price of admission. Just my 2 cents though.

There is a wide variety of prices.
Some are easy going and fairly reasonable, some grind you for everything they can get.
I understand the appeal for some.
These types of establishments are reluctantly not my cup of tea. I say reluctantly only because I like short notice options and I like nice ladies and there may be some there, and there are only so many options available here especially if ohmy is off limits for me.
Privacy and the potential to see some other dudes is one issue. But even this I’ve occasionally worked around, seeing ladies like Veronica and Jada formerly at the Studio.
but with EB and even other groups I find a) unknown total pricing is not noob friendly. (Once you “know” what to expect this issue is gone, but until then…)
and b) for the most part I just care about the ladies, and it is difficult or almost impossible to actually learn about them unless you bump into them in person on site

EB is only as good as the lady you meet of course and it can be wildly inconsistent. But ladies like Sabrina, Alexis and Ivy are I think on the current roster and good. But in the past two years I have had several poor experiences where the lady was disinterested or inept (or both). Inflation has hit the place hard so you are looking at $200 for a BJ and $300 for a gfe if it's available. That is on top of the 40-60 room fee depending on the time length you desire. I have always found the place to be clean and the front desk friendly. There is an ATM in the lobby. It's a bummer that it is so pricey now. But that's the lay of the land these days.
If there is someone in particular you like there, it’s worthwhile. Or if someone has very good reviews from multiple posters here.

As you so accurately stated in your previous post to this...IT IS all about the lady and always has been...so take Westwoody's advice and scour the reviews to help you find one who is well rated and book her for your first visit...could save you a ton of wasted $$$ and angst...
Is EB the best out there currently? Only been to one actual spa and other then that had outcalls or individuals incalls. But kinda like the spa aspect
