First, my question wasn't about the pics (or any help with searching.) Perhaps my frequent detective work has caused this knee-jerk reaction with some people.

Second, I didn't find the twitter pics which bear some resemblance to the advertised ones, but they are not identical. Those from twitter could be more recent as the girl looks older, assuming they are of the same girl. I'm not hoping those posted pics are real as you so readily assumed. I just want to know about service and rate, regardless of the ambiguous pic origin.

Third: "Get an Instagram account and follow a bunch of hot influencers." I bet most operators/handlers already took your advice and use IG as advertising picture source. However I don't get paid anything to use IG and am not gonna open another account from META. Would have closed my WhatsApp long ago if not for my relatives who are die-hard supporters of Zuckerberg,

Ad is gone but I can tell it's photos from the Instagram girl. I should have linked the photos. But apparently it doesn't matter. Normally I'd red flag and avoid an ad using fake photos but I guess I'm not as adventurous as you.
