I haven't with these but you can generally expect to be treated like an assembly line transaction. The typical back east mentality is to agree to everything and then starfish it once they have your money.
Odds are most of them are controlled by one or more pimps who will do all of the talking via text posing as the girl. When you get there, she'll have no clue but will have more restrictions.
I honestly wish they would go back to their side of the country where that type of shit flies.
I have to concur with MixedDude. You can also expect constant upsell, sudden restrictions, and the phrase "I want you to come now, baby" every 5 minutes until you're out the door.
Unless your fetish is to throw money at lackluster experiences, I'd stick with local talent.

That's quite a leap of assumptions... honestly I really doubt that very much. In my experience girls will come as a group, a few friends, rent a place and take turns answering the phone for each other when they are not busy.. Just here temporary so repeat customer is not on their mind.

The pimp part is admittedly anecdotal but makes logical sense but the rest of it is from personal experience. Regardless, its not a welcome business model in my book.
Logical sense in your imagination. Sorry, just sounds like too much TV. There is a difference between "seeing", and "assuming".
The other parts, sure. Bad business model.. maybe... But in my experience nobody does anything they don't want to do. Do people find fake ads, bait and switch, get help on the phone, sure. But that's it. Anything more than well that's disgusting, but I've never seen it.
