Had phoned yesterday morning, and booked an appointment with Summer at 4:00. Was told I was booked in and she would see me at 4:00. Had looked forward all day to having another session with Summer. Got to the studio early and waited with anticipation for 4:00 to come. Went in at 3:50 and the pm receptionist meet me at the door. Told her I was here for my 4:00 session with Summer. She told me Summer had just gone in with her 4:00 session. She told me to wait in the reception room while she talked with the am receptionist. Star (am receptionist), came and apologized, told me Summer had just taken a walk in. She had been cleaning a room when I phoned and had forgotten to write me in. This was the only time I had in my schedule to see summer. (This is the second time I had problems with scheduling with Extreme. The first time I saw Summer it was a 4:00 walk in. She put me in the room and had me shower, came back minutes later and told me she could not see me as the receptionist had booked a 4:15 appointment while she was talking to me in the room.) Was totally bummed out. Decided to race to another studio. What a mistake. Cold room and less than stellar session.
