Former WorldCom CEO Bernard Ebbers was sentenced to 25 years in prison today for his instrumental and leading role in WorldCom's US $11-billion accounting fraud, the largest in U.S. history. Story here.

Its about f*cking time these white collar criminals got some real time.

Yeah, but considering he's almost 64 and (allegedly) in poor health its effectively a life sentence.

In any event, 25 years is still huge for white collar criminals.
