I dream often. Most of the time cant recall them even later in the day. This morning i wake up to this one.

Friend of mine in Victoria is a bachelor in his late 50s living in a small rental house in the suburbs. Once and sometimes twice a week he would have different younger lady friends come visit for an hour. Somehow his landlord got wind of this happening, possibly from a complaint from a neighbor. "I am not having you having hookers in and our of the house all the time." He was given notice and evicted. This fellow checked with the building codes and zoning by laws for the property, then the bank and it was do able. he had just come into a small inheritance and he bought the property, Built a 4 unit condo. and rented out two of the units to two of his favorite SPs. Take that neighbors... Mind your own business.

Above is totally a figment of my imagination.

That is an awesome dream.
I'd be up for that.

Hmm a certain person is missing from here for some obvious reason. <grin> derailed the tread anyhow.

Again last night.. why am I all of a sudden dreaming of this hobby. Last night I went to a big wedding for my Grandson. I took my favorite escort instead of the SO She is less than 1/2 my age and very well endowed, but dressed appropriately. Lots of compliments from my kids and Gkids. One of the grand kids said Nice ride papa, referring to my collector car.

I once was taught that an uninterpreted dream is like an unread letter from your subconscious. Not that I think it's needed to try to interpret all dreams.

Just a complete stab... Maybe a part of you has some reservation about the hobby, but another part of you, the more authentic part (symbolized by the 10yr old), really likes it and says the heck with the reservations????

Sometimes my dreams are precognition for events that actually end up happening in real life.
Hope that turns out true for me. Means my SP/domme that just moved to Alberta is moving back and I am going to get to worship Her for all eternity (at the usual forever donation rate of course!).

The "slow motion running" dream is always stressful. I dream that I'm hunkered down, clawing my way forward. Every time I standup to step forward, something holds me back. I wake up later with sore fingers and jaws from the stress.

The other frustrating dreams are those about work. In a previous job, we'd complain bitterly that we never got a break from work when we got those dreams - stay late there, think about work on drive home, go to sleep, dream about work, get up early and repeat all over again. Felt cheated out of a few hrs to relax and think about something else!

I took a dream interpretation class at Yashodra Ashram in the Kootenays. They encouraged us to keep a dream journal so we could see if there were any recurring symbols, and also how our dreams related to what was happening in our waking lives. I've used this dream interpretation technique to help me sort out my feelings whenever I'm going through a major life transition or need to make an important decision.

Another one that I have: I'm back in college or high school, and there is a "class that I'm enrolled in, but NEVER attend."

And, there is an upcoming test or term paper due.

I wish that I knew the root of THAT recurring dream
Keep dreaming, maybe the story will unfold?

I heard that if you eat cheese before going to bed you can get nightmares. I don't know if that's true, but I do eat cheese before and at times I do get nightmares?

I have had a dream reoccur at times throughout my life since I was in grade school......I am flapping my arms as hard as I can and getting just enough lift to escape something...not sure what it is...but then I have a maze of overhead wires I have to get through and can't ...then i wake up....never made it through the wires and always escaped whatever it was I was running from

Agree! Those are great experiences!

Then there are those where you wake up and think "thank GOD that was a dream!!" One of the most vivid and scariest: I was driving along towards a bridge, realized I was going too fast and missed the corner before the bridge. Suddenly I'm flying off a cliff down towards a ravine. I still remember the feeling of falling and thinking "this is he end. There's nothing I can do. Even if I climb out of the car I'm still going to die."

Then like other falling dreams, I woke up before hitting the bottom. Whew! Definitely NOT a dream I wanted to return to! :-O
