... the Vancouver "Non-Market" housing inventory. This is a listing of subsidized, non-profit and co-operative housing which is generally available at rates well below what the market dictates. There are a ton of listings for downtown.

Failing that, I would recommend doing a search of the classified ads on Canada.com. These are the very same ads that appear in the Sun and the Province.

I was talking about the one in Vancouver, I presume you would want to live out of it? There is a beautiful apartment complex at 1111 Beach I used to live there, not too expensive asnd has a beautiful view!
