It depends on the platform. Theoretically it's supposed to mean that the person is a legit person and that the photos are verified, as of the date displayed on there. With Leolist though some of those photos are photoshopped with the dates and can't be trusted. If the person has a matching profile with the exact info on tryst it carries more weight. Though I'd say perb is probably the most trustworthy for verified providers. This doesn't mean anything other than the pictures and identify of the person are legit, services, rates, if the person is a rip-off artist is a whole other thing.
