I get what you are saying: You have certain rules set out to ensure the safety of all parties concerned and you are really sick and tired of your operatives thinking they can be "flexible" for a quick buck.
Really bad for you and your reputation if sh*t happens because one of your minions decides to do a dine-and-dash at your expense.
Since I operate at the other end, I don't see (or should ever see) the crap you have to deal with on a daily basis which is probably why we pay a fair amount to commit what should be a natural act between two people.
