Hi,

Just wondering if anyone can recommend a GREAT (not ok, not good... great) dog sitter or in-home boarding for medium/large dogs in or around Vancouver? I'm super picky and not interested in any person or establishment that will leave her sitting in a kennel all day with only a few walks a day type of boarding. ;)

PM or email me if you don't want to post it here.

Thanks for your help!

How long are you gone for? There is one by Capilano College in North Vancouver, I knew one of the caretakers there, and could vouch for him, but that was a couple of years ago. The kennels are outside kennels I believe...
Petcetra or Petsmart might offer these services

I'll take care of your dog Frenchie!

I'll walk him/her each day as much as he/she likes & I have parks in every direction for fido to fertilize in.

Lemme know if you want me to service your dog!

:)

you are so kind, funny and I think you are charming too, so far.

I wish I had a dog for you to walk and take care of, when I am away.

Camp Good Dog is pretty good.

Have you tried just getting family or friends to look after them? You may be surprised at how many people actually want them. I have 3 dogs (one which is an 85 pound clumbsy and michevious animal), yet have a lineup of people (including a few suitors) who would love to take them in. It's amazing how dog people are just attracted to eachother.

I can't see myself ever leaving mine at any daycare or kennel (above suggestion included). They seem to be much happier when they are cuddled up to people in bed.

Actually -
not so much...
I really wanna service her dog!

This was my Halloween costume this year:

Add about 110 pounds to that & I think I could be one of your dogs.
(assuming you are demented enough to like that sort of thing?)

:D
