The Question is: Do you think the ban on HB40 should be lifted?

The way I see it is that this isn't my playground, so if I break the rules I get punished, whether I think it's fair or not. A couple of years ago I got banned and I didn't even know why although the tread I participated in was extremely nasty and heated, so I wasn't completely surprised. But getting banned from an escort board isn't something I'm going to include in my resume..

This is a private board and your participation is by invitation. By using PERB you agree to abide by the rules and by the moderators` decisions. As a general principle PERB administration will not publicly discuss the reasons behind their decisions to discipline a user. That is a matter between TERB and that user only.

If you look under the users name to the left, where for many of us it says "Registered User," some people have it changed to say something else. I'm quite sure a couple of people have at times changed that word to "Banned," on their own when they are not in fact banned. Are you sure that's not what is going on?

Yeah im whining because I dont know why I got banned...therefore I dont have all the facts...duh

whereas im sure HB knows why he is.

Whistleblowers often get banned, but hopefully the posts remain.

The test is, try & send the 'banned' member a PM. I think that if they really are banned, you cannot do it.

Not really. All they have to do is to turn off their PM function. Maybe uncleg and HB simply put "Banned" instead of "registered user" and turned off their PM function. I think Spermie was doing it before he got a real ban. This way, uncleg and HB can read all the comments about them while others think they are banned and cannot read those comments.

Perb hasn't yet made it an infraction to change the Custom User title to "Banned" in Settings.

Gimme a freakin break. If you have an issue with respecting women then I suggest you deal with it...but to lump all into your category isn't right.

For what its worth I would also like to see the HB40 ban lifted ...at least make it equal to the other posters ban...I wonder why the difference...

Dark_Knight chill Bro....I'm starting to wonder about you and HB40 HB40 will have a little time out and then he will be back. The Mods haven't announced how long but I'm sure it won't be anything to crazy. Soon you two will be back together again! No point in getting banned too.

i vote that HB40's banned be lifted. yeah he screwed up, but i thin 2 years is a bit extreme. talked to him on CAF and he said that he wished he had never gotten involved in the whole "jessica"thing.

Now that the ban on JPR has been listed (I swear there is an Elton John song there), I think the ban on HB40 should be lifted. He did no worse than her in the entire thing. Why is it she gets one month, and he gets two years? Mods, please lift the ban on HB40!

I have known HB for quite some time in sessions I find him to be a very respectful caring man who is genuine.Ive never seen him be rude or disrespectful in any way with that being said he has always been a good respectable man on these boards and has provided many reviews on numerous ladies all of which I am sure enjoyed their time with him. I personally do not agree with the ban for him FINALLY speaking his mind on issues,yes It could have been said a little bit different...But all in all...I think 2 years is a bit extreme with HB the positive out weighs the negative! HB40 is a good man and I would love to see him back on these boards!!
