Decided to take my two kids to Disneyland and as always I did my fair share of on-line research for hotels, accomadations and of course "Front of the line Disney Hopper Pass" tickets.

Finally purchased a plane flight for three to Anaheim and then went to another web sight to purchase some Disney tickets

Found an on-light web sight through Google
, paid by master card and printed off three tickets to Disney Land. After a wait time in line of around 45 mins and handing my tickets to the cashier I was told

"Sir your tickets are invalid" I was with my two kids and like WTF?? Invalid?? Sure enough a false website!! I mean the sight looked legit with Mickey Mouse and the stereo-type family of four in the picture.

Anyways my warning is beware of scams of on-line tickets. Next time I will purchase tickets right there even if I pay more. I did get my money back from Master Card however I just wanted to pass this information on to perhaps help others thinking of going to Disney.

Highlights of Holiday were: Universal Studios: Kids liked that better than Disney land, Dad getting his picture with Beatle Juice and Marge Simpson LOL. Shopping in Mexico and buying silver,

Not so Highlights:
Speeding ticket in rental for 96 mph occhh! Invalid Disney Tickets, $7 Hot Dog at Disney

Happy New Years and Peace and Joy to all in 2012
Cheers:clap2:

I think if you had visited the Disney site itself you would have seen the warnings about this fairly common scam. I'd agree that simply purchasing at the gate or maybe if there is a ticket included in the flight/hotel package is the way to go with this.

I think Universal Studios would be my preference over DL too lol.

Best thing to do when visiting the theme parks in LA is the city pass. Great deal.
