Santa delivered many bottles of fine wine, a designer couture tie from an ex-wife, dinner out ON Christmas Day and a couple of designer watches from my "wing ladies".

Parents got me a Rolex Submariner... I laughed about it until I realized it wasn't a fake. Now I got an expensive paper weight in my room that I will use a handful of times a year.
Ha ha. Now you are definitely a guy with his feet firmly on the ground. I can't believe some guys and their fetish for ridiculously expensive watches that don't do anything better than a Seiko or Citizen. Kudos to you!

I got some really nice gifts but the one I wanted and got was the biography about Steve Jobs. Can't wait to start on it with a few hours at a time.
Exactly. A watch is a watch, it tells me the time. I prefer my cheaper watches cause if I accidentally break it, I won't lose a nights sleep or worry about it.
I got to successfully avoid 3 of 3 family dinners without dealing with any drama and still got to spend some time with the few relatives I actually care about. Hooray me.
A go pro camera...I assume it was to cover my athletic exploits but got to thinking how useful it might be here!

Back to topic, a friend gave me smoked sea salts and I thought that was interesting. Never had flavoured salts before.
Hope you got a giftcard with it so that you can return it for another type of tablet. I have the playbook and after upgrading the OS 2 times, it still is the slowest web browser on any tablet I have seen. So slow that it is painful. If you've used an ipad, touchpad, sony or galaxy tab before, you will understand the frustration. If you playbook is your first tablet, then you may be okay.
