daytime spots to park???

I'm looking for places to "park" during day time?!? It's pretty easy to find a place at night. You can do almost anywhere but day time is a totally different story!
Any sugestions!?

Daytime - best plan is to 'hide' in plain view! find a fairly busy parking lot, find a distant spot within that lot... have fun...
tinted windows are worth it...
