To get Cialis (Tadalafil) in Canada you need a prescription. It is not difficult to get a prescription, as all you would need to do is visit any doctor at a walk in clinic and discuss your situation. Because you do not have Canadian health coverage you would need to pay for the service. I believe this is approximately $100 a visit.
I would not advise you to get a prescription online as it is difficult to determine the quality of the medication you are receiving. Also the reason to see a doctor is so that they can review any potential side effects or health reasons why you should not take the medication.
Don’t be embarrassed about seeing a doctor because its is a common issue they deal with and the information is confidential.
