I spoke to Cherry on the phone. She was very enthusiastic and upbeat. Her services include some combination of massage (she is taking a course), dancing (she has done that "professionally") and full service. She also does fantasies/role playing and has lots of costumes.
I asked her about the GFE thing and she said she is very into a "safe" session. Light kissing and if you do DATY she wears some form of covering. By Victoria standards it wouldn't constitute what we typically think of when we hear GFE.
One other issue that I didn't get at related to MSOG. Cherry said the session is unrushed but I wasn't sure if that meant you are done "when you are done" or if the complete hour is your time. I would recommend confirming that before a visit.
Overall she seemed friendly and really wanting to give a good time; some of the restrictions may or may not be of concern to individual pooners.
