I've never met VV (and she intimidates me a bit, though I have survived Avarice so maybe I'm overreacting). I think VV would eat you alive (but maybe you would like that). If there are restrictions, I'm not aware of them. I gather she's quite a bit older than the other ladies, but you'd never know it from her pictures. Maybe her extra years of experience will let her create a better experience for you or maybe it will confuse you and you'll be after MILFs for the rest of your days.
Laiya is awesome. Fluent in English, tiny (under 5 feet), enhanced breasts (but masterfully done). Amazing wardrobe. Swing and huge mirror in bedroom.
When she has an O (and she probably will) she's a screamer. Of all the asians I've ever met she acts the least asian (I'm not sure how to explain it really. It's like she's "white" in an asian body) I don't mean this in a racial or bad way at all. She's late 20s I think and had been doing it for 7+ years I think but she's not jaded in the slightest. And it didn't seem mechanical or formualic in the slightest degree.

It really depends on what you're looking for: age, race, bodytype, attitude.
You may think I'm nuts but after all of that I'd recommend Julia or Rain/Star (if she's still around) for a first time. VV or Laiya would be setting the bar too high and I'm not sure that's a good way to start. Given that she's an active Perb member, I'd recommend sending Julia a PM and telling her that you're a first timer. I'm sure the result will be much better than if you go into the room all cocky (so to speak). She'll know in about 20 seconds or so and it will just be awkward.
I don't recommend a 30 minute session. I've never had another one. An hour is probably about right. Take it slow and easy and you should have a great time. And with Julia or Star you can certainly talk to them - they'll both be interesting as people too. With Laiya you probably won't have breath to talk and the same with VV and on top of that you'll probably have your mouth full of VV or a gag of some kind the whole time.
As far as getting the experience you want, I'd recommend describing what you want out of the session and then letting the lady guide you through the process. I'm not saying this is the best approach in general, but for a first timer and with this group of ladies it should work fine. You may feel that spontaneous is a better way to go (more natural, less staged) and it's certainly your call in the final analysis.
Now that I've ventured an opinion, just watch everyone jump all over me for being so dumb (about god knows what - wait and see).
From the pics (which I gather are pretty recent), I would have pegged her at 30-33, but she's actually about 10 years older than I thought! I'll bet 20 years down the road she'll still be knocking them dead!
