Can't seem to post pix

I used to be able to click on an icon just above the text field and add a photo or a website link, that link isn't there any more. Actually lots of the links that used to be there are gone. Is anyone else having this problem?
Any advice?

they're still there, but the icons aren't visible

just hover your mouse over where they used to be, and the little drop-down box will appear that explains what each icon used to represent

then click on the invisible icon when you find the right one, and the window appears like it used to for you to paste the url into
